Because of the alcohol content, Phytocortal® N should only be used in liver patients, epileptics, brain patients or brain damaged patients after consultation with the doctor. Since there is no sufficiently documented experience in pregnancy and lactation and due to the alcohol content, Phytocortal® N should only be used after consultation with the doctor. There is insufficiently documented experience with the use of this medicine in children. It should therefore not be used in children under 12 years of age, also because of the alcohol content.
