If you have recurring complaints in the urinary tract area: seek medical advice and regular medical check-ups.
Regardless of this, if there is blood in the urine, a fever or if the symptoms persist for more than 5 days, you should consult your doctor.
Infections in the upper respiratory tract require medical attention if they recur frequently, have long-lasting symptoms, are short of breath, have fever or have purulent or bloody sputum.
