Fuer diie Behandlung von Nagelpilz. Die Wirkung des Canesten® EXTRA Nagelsets beruht auf einem 2-Wirkstoff-System, das aus dem Wirkstoff Bifonazol und hoch konzentriertem Harnstoff besteht. Harnstoff ist ursprünglich eine körpereigene Substanz. Zu seinen besonderen Eigenschaften gehört, dass er in hohen Konzentrationen die Hornstrukturen zum Beispiel von Haaren und Nägeln aufweichen kann. So weicht der Harnstoff des Nagelsets die infizierte Nagelsubstanz auf, der Anti-Pilz-Wirkstoff Bifonazol kann bis zur infizierten Stelle eindringen und die Pilze effizient bekämpfen.
